Floating rings of glyphs. A system throne at the top. Blacklight pouring from its peak.

"This is the new core," he whispered.

"My world starts here."

He activated the [CREATE] command.

With each word, the world changed.

Kids in slums suddenly gained interface screens.

"You are no longer bound."

"If you turn your power on the weak—"

"Then I will devour you."
