Game of Thrones: The Drogon Voice

Chapter 9: Chapter 9: Kill Them All

A Dothraki warrior suddenly covered his throat, blood slowly flowing out from between his fingers. Baiya was standing behind him with a dagger in his hand.

"Puff!" Lakarlo, who was not far from the samurai, stabbed Haiya in the back with a dagger, but Haiya's expression did not change at all. Lakarlo pulled out the dagger, and a pile of gray clothes fell to the ground. Everyone realized that Haiya was still there without moving at all.

Drogon poured a breath of dragon fire on his head, burning only one piece of clothing.

"Your dragon has a really bad temper. Why don't you leave now?" Haiya's annoying voice came again from under the burnt courtyard door.

After looking at the warrior whose neck was cut in shock, and then at Baiya and Jorah, Daenerys said with difficulty: "Your methods are really incredible. I will go to the House of the Undying immediately to meet the Undying."

"You're most welcome!" After saying that, Haiya didn't stay any longer. She took a few steps out of the door and quickly disappeared.

Looking at the direction where Haiya disappeared, everyone, including Drogon, was shocked.

Incarnation or teleportation? Drogon had never expected the wizard's methods to be so strange and unpredictable.

He knew that this world had old gods, new gods, the god of light, the god with a thousand faces...

There are many little-known strange methods. The one that impressed him the most was Melisandre, the red-robed woman who served the Lord of Light. She gave birth to the Son of Shadow who assassinated King Robert's brother Renly, and used the leech curse to kill the three false kings and resurrected Jon.

There is also the little expert in seeking death who was resurrected seven times by the Lord of Light, the alien of the Night's Watch, the green prophet Bran... and this wizard.

Thinking of them, Drogon suddenly felt that as a future dragon, he was not as safe as he thought. If the wizard had used the dagger on him just now, would he be able to handle it?

"Khaleesi, are you really going? I heard that few people who have been to the Undying Palace can come out." Jorah's question interrupted Drogon's thoughts.

"I can't just watch you all being killed." Daenerys said helplessly.

Although the samurai's flesh was only cut, everyone had no doubt that Haiya could cut his throat with one knife, and they were helpless to do anything about it.

"I'll go with you," Jorah said.

"No! You take good care of the little dragon, and Rakharo can go with me." Daenerys was afraid that she would never see the little dragon again when she came back.

"But I'm really worried about you." Qiao La insisted on going.

[I'll go.] Drogon said in his mind, and Daenerys's shoulders sank suddenly. Drogon landed on her shoulders, and one of his black claws almost slipped.

[I have grown up!] Drogon somewhat missed the feeling of standing on the shoulders of Daenerys. Perhaps this was the pain of growing up.

"Let Drogon go with me!" Daenerys said, straightening her back.

"This is the only way." Jorah stayed behind to command the Dothraki to quickly reinforce the courtyard, while Daenerys, Drogon and Rakharo went towards the House of the Undying.

More than half an hour later...

"Is this the House of the Undying?" Daenerys muttered to herself as she looked at the tall chimney-shaped building in front of her that was surrounded by low earth walls.

Daenerys walked towards the low wall, following the worn steps and the withered yellow leaves under her feet.

"Where is the door?" Daenerys walked around the Palace of the Undying but couldn't find the entrance. She couldn't help feeling anxious. The other two dragons and Jorah were waiting for her in the manor, and she didn't want to waste too much time here.

He walked faster and faster, and Lacarlo, who was following behind him, couldn't help but quicken his pace as well.

Daenerys and Drogon, who kept walking, suddenly felt a flash before their eyes and entered the dark and silent Immortal Palace. They could not hear Rakharo's panicked shouting outside the palace.

In the darkness, Daenerys groped for a torch and lit it with a flint, only to find that the hall was empty and there was almost nothing in it, except for a few closed doors on the wall.

Holding a torch and moving slowly forward, a large door was gently pushed open, revealing a dilapidated hall with thick pillars that were tilted and a big hole in the dome. Snowflakes were pouring down from the broken dome.

After walking two steps inside, she found that the snowflakes showed no signs of melting. After a closer look, she realized that they were not snowflakes but ashes.

Going further in, there was a chair made of a sharp sword standing in the hall, covered with ashes. Daenerys reached out to brush away the ashes on her hand. She wanted to go up and feel it, but she held back.

She knew that this was the Iron Throne she had always dreamed of, but she wanted to fight for the real Iron Throne, not the illusory Iron Throne.

She turned around and left resolutely, then pushed open another door. Inside the door, there was a cold wind and flying ice and snow. A tall Great Wall made of ice stood between heaven and earth, eternal and immemorial.

Through the blizzard, she seemed to see a small tent standing in the wind and snow. Inside the tent, it was warm as spring. Khal Drogo held a blond-haired, blue-eyed baby in his arms with a tenderness he had never seen before.

Daenerys flew over and hugged them tightly, tears silently falling. After a moment of tenderness, she resolutely left the tent.

She pushed open another door with tears in her eyes, and what she saw was a feast of corpses. The hall was full of broken limbs and body parts, the chairs were crooked, the wine cups on the table were overturned, and the ground was covered with wine and blood.

There was a man with a wolf's head and body on a chair, his throat was cut and blood was gushing out.

After leaving the hall, she continued to look for the exit of the palace...

While Daenerys was experiencing the illusion, Drogon was not idle either. In the first room, he saw dozens of dragons dancing and fighting in the sky; through the second door, he saw Viserion turning into an ice dragon; through the third door, Rhaegal fell.

At this time, Daenerys opened the fourth door...

Drogon was in a green forest, surrounded by green mountains, gurgling springs, and on the grass, the blood on the Mother of Dragons' chest had dried up and her eyes were closed.

Drogon bit the Dragon Queen in the vain and placed her gently beside the stream. He scooped up clear spring water with his huge wings and slowly poured it over her chest, washing away the dried blood.

"Buzz!"

A giant arrow suddenly hit the green land by the stream with a buzzing sound. Drogon roared and flew into the sky. As soon as he flew up, countless giant arrows broke through the air. He dodged left and right but was still hit by two giant arrows.

Ignoring the injuries on his body, he flapped his wings violently, flew over the giant crossbow, and breathed out dragon flames. The giant crossbow was instantly burned in the flames. He roared and flew towards another row of giant crossbows.

But just as he spewed out a breath of dragon flame, a large net suddenly shot out from the side of the giant crossbow and almost covered him completely. He struggled while spewing out dragon flame, and was hit in the chest and abdomen by the giant arrow.

The iron net melted very slowly under the dragon flames, and before he could break free from the net, he was pulled to the ground. After he landed, the giant arrows still did not stop, and he was eventually shot with holes all over his body, deader than dead.

"Hoo, hoo..." drogon suddenly woke up, gasping for breath. He was killed...

At the end of the original drama, Drogon left King's Landing with the body of Daenerys and disappeared. He was not killed at all, but what about the illusion just now?

Sequel? Or did he die due to the butterfly effect after his arrival?

Reborn as a dragon and gifted with devouring talents, Drogon thought he could live a carefree life, but he never expected that he would be shot to death one day. He would never allow this. After killing the Dragon Queen, they wanted to kill him too. Who wanted to kill him?

[Who...? ] Drogon roared in his heart.
