Heavenly Asura Path(Percy Jackson)

Chapter 3: Heavenly Asura Path 3

Chapter 3: Beginning

A man with a majestic and cold appearance was looking at a kind old man who was staring back at him without hesitation. To the side of the first man, there were several other people, both men and women, looking on with a trace of fear in their eyes.

"What… could be the reason for your majesty's visit?" the first man spoke slowly, feeling a drop of sweat trickle down the back of his neck and then down his back. Despite being a god and the law enforcer of the realm of gods, the Asura God felt a bit afraid in front of the kind old man.

He was a God King-grade god, but above him was the God King-grade Supreme, someone who had refined a God Realm into him. But, even such an existence would not cause fear to the Asura God, the one who cut the Dragon God in half with a single slash. Now, however, he felt fear of the old man in front of him.

"This old man has let things in the universe take their course. It is only natural," Chaos spoke patiently as he looked at all the gods of the divine realm. "Regrettably, the god realm that I am closest to has continued to have disputes of all kinds, causing trouble for the plane it exists on."

"This old man does not come with ill intentions, but I would like for you to guide a young man as the future law enforcer of the upcoming reformed god realm that he will belong to."

"Simply put, I want you to take him into account when he passes your inheritance test in the future and teach him what is necessary after he ascends."

"Right now, I will leave him on Planet Douluo and bestow upon him a martial spirit to train. You don't even need to help him in his life, just guide him when the time comes."

The Asura God slowly nodded: "I can do that."

"That is good," Chaos nodded with a sincere smile before turning around and disappearing as if he existed. Asura let out a breath he didn't know he was holding and looked to both sides, noticing that his fellow gods were in a similar situation.

"That old man... completely exceeded our image of the divine," the Sea God said through gritted teeth.

"I suppose... he could be considered a kind of Asura," the God of Destruction said coldly.

"What do you mean?" the Goddess of Life asked with a bit of fear.

"Don't tell me you didn't sense it. That old man possessed an attribute of life and death, creation and destruction. He was everything, yet nothing at the same time. The old man was so contradictory, yet correct at the same time..." the God of Destruction shook his head.

"For someone like him to ask Asura to guide someone, it means that this young man is a good seed. At the same time, it would give us the opportunity to create ties with this new god realm that will be created in the future."

"In short, the old man offered us something good, while his problem was solved. A win-win situation."

"Anyway, I was waiting for an heir to my god position," Asura said with a wry smile.

"Remember that he will be gone," the sea god smiled a little maliciously at his friend.

"The old man didn't say when the problems of his divine kingdom could be solved. You know that time in the divine realms passes differently than in the mortal realms. As long as this young man can spend a hundred years in the position of God Asura in our divine realm, I will be satisfied."

"Anyway, he could find another heir by then."

Percy looked at the city in front of his eyes with a little expectation. It had been three hundred years since he had breathed the air of the normal world. And now it was much better with spirituality hovering around the world. The colors of the world were a wonder to him, who spent so much time in Tartarus, a place that was worse than hell.

Inhaling deeply, he smiled slightly before entering the city. All the knowledge about the planet: language, ways of life, training, powers, places and important people, had already been given to him by Chaos, so he knew that at this moment, he was entering Heaven Dou City.

Percy walked through the town wearing a black cloak that hid his face. He didn't know why Chaos told him it was necessary to hide his face, but it was better to be safe. He was wearing the same tunic and pants the old man gave him, plus now he had black boots with blue-purple details.

"The streets are quite lively," Percy muttered, noticing the people walking around, chatting, shopping, and living life. The businesses on either side of the street were open and people were coming in and out of them every now and then.

But Percy had no intention of going in and looking at the shops, he walked down the road and left the main street until he came to a place where the houses were and he kept going, until he came to a pretty two-story house. It was cinnamon brown with two windows in front and a gate. From the side you could see a patio in the back with a flower garden.

Walking towards the gate, Percy opened it and then took a few steps until he came in front of the main door and put a key in. This house was a gift from Chaos along with a bunch of other things that would be useful to him in his new life.

When he entered, he saw a hallway cut off from the entrance with a piece of furniture on the right. As he passed through the hallway he saw a living-dining room with a bar separating the kitchen. To the right, there was another hallway with a door leading to a bathroom and stairs to the second floor, where there were three bedrooms and another bathroom.

Percy looked at a black and purple bracelet that was around his wrist. This was an essence tool that allowed him to store objects and some living beings up to a certain size. Inside were a bunch of gold coins and herbs.

"...", keeping silent for a moment, Percy let out a sigh. He had decided to come to this planet after learning everything. He didn't want to see his mother, he knew it wasn't right. Not when his mind wasn't quite right and his eyes looked scary. Also, he was afraid that his mother believed the things the gods said; His father, after all, also decided to betray him. And even if his mother didn't believe in them, he felt scared to see her, Paul, and his little sister who should have been born already.

At this moment, Percy looked down at his feet as he released his new power. Three rings of different colors appeared: Yellow, purple, and black floated up from his feet. According to what he had learned, a spirit master began at six years old when their martial spirit was awakened and to rank up, a spirit ring was needed.

With a soul power of level 10, a person can be called a spirit apprentice and would need to obtain a spirit ring to advance to level 11. Upon passing that level, a person would be called a spirit master.

 The levels were as follows:

Rank 1 - 10 - Spirit Apprentice

Rank 11 - 20 - Spirit Master (1 Spirit Ring)

Rank 21 - 30 - Spirit Grandmaster (2 Spirit Rings)

Rank 31 - 40 - Spirit Elder (3 Spirit Rings)

Rank 41 - 50 - Spirit Ancestor (4 Spirit Rings)

Rank 51 - 60 - Spirit King (5 Spirit Rings)

Rank 61 - 70 - Spirit Emperor (6 Spirit Rings)

Rank 71 - 80 - Spirit Saint (7 Spirit Rings)

Rank 81 - 90 - Spirit Douluo (8 Spirit Rings)

Rank 91 - 98 - Titled Douluo

Currently, Percy was a level 31 Spirit Elder. Chaos knew that he would be at a disadvantage starting from scratch at 19, so he helped him absorb spirit rings. Chaos said that Percy could use powerful spirit cores and increase his soul power level. That way, he would be more evenly matched with some potential enemies or people who want to harm him.

After all, Percy no longer possessed his demigod abilities. He was just like a normal human, and only his body could be considered somewhat above average. For that reason, Chaos said that surviving for so long in Tartarus was almost a miracle.

"I guess I can do some research on those cores the old man gave me," not knowing what else to do, Percy took out several small cylinders and others shaped like a pentagon. According to Chaos, this would be useful for creating powerful tools. This wasn't supposed to be invented until ten thousand years later.

How did Chaos know?

Percy didn't feel like asking, he knew the answer would be a bit absurd.

So, as taught by the old man, Percy used two objects, the first one looked like a scalpel and the second one looked like a small palette on one side and on the other, it was like a small hook.

"Ah... I forgot to see the store," Percy stopped as he remembered the store that the old man also gave him.

"I don't know what that old man thinks, but well, this isn't bad either."
