A darkness that does not have any dimensions.

A place that does not have space or time.

'Yeah, I remember this place…'

I was here only recently.

I was alone, I was floating, at one point I started drifting apart from everything that exists around me, but then I remembered I still had a lot to do…

A strange monotonous voice spoke to me and answered something I was not even thinking.

'Yes. For Anna… I stayed for Anna-.'

[{( "Too bad." )}]

A strange light flashed and… Anna appeared before me.

"B-big brother?"

She spoke to me, or at least, I know she tried.

However, I did not have my senses in this place.

I could not move. I could not do anything. Even if I willed, this time, I could not do anything…

"What is this place, big brother?"

She was confused. She did not know what this place was, she did not understand how she got here. There was confusion around her, her pretty eyes… they had fear in them.

She was looking at me, she took a step towards me, but then, out of nowhere, a strange blade made of darkness shot out of the ground and pierced through her-…!

'Anna…!'

Blood flowed out of her mouth first, her eyes darkened, and before she could utter even a word more, another two blades shot out of the ground and pierced her body…

'ANNA!'

I could not speak, but I could see everything.

I could not move, but I could feel it in my heart that… even though this was fake, that this was not My Anna, even though I knew this was not real… a strange pain was pushed inside of me.

I felt as if there was something that was forcing me to believe what I was feeling was, in fact, the truth.

I could not ignore this feeling. The more I tried to ignore it, the more I tried to ignore the ground filling up with the red blood of my sister, the worse I felt about it.

It was painful. It was bad… it was the worst feeling I never wanted to feel until I was present here.

But at this moment… in this place… with this helplessness…

While Anna's corpse was still present right there, mom and dad also materialised before me.

"...?!"

"A-anna!"

They ran to her the moment they saw her body, there was tension on their faces, their eyes were dark, and they did not know what to do.

There was blood everywhere so they looked confused as well, however at the same time, I could feel how intense their complicated emotions were at that moment.

'No. This is fake… this isn't real!'

The pain of seeing their child in that state, the strong reaction, their parental duties, all the things inside of them clashed at once, but…

-Swish! Swish! Swish!

Dark blades rose from the ground once more and pierced through their bodies at once.

Blood splashed all around me this time, some that fell in my direction… passed through me as if I did not even exist there.

'No! Why are you doing this…?!'

The pool of blood increased, some even reached me, but I could not even move, much less go to them and cry the tears that were not even coming out of my eyes.

Following mom and dad, grandmother and grandfather, uncle El and Theo, Aunt Aug and Haze, Carla, Alf, Chry… and even Zoe appeared out of nowhere and all of them…

Every one of them ended up getting pierced by the blades of darkness that kept appearing out of nowhere and cutting the rest of them mercilessly.

The emotions that I might have felt if this was all real, the emotions that they were feeling, as well as the emotions that the others might have felt if they were in my shoes… all of that was merged together when I felt it throughout my body.

The voice spoke up again… I wanted to shed tears but since I did not even feel the body that I should still have, I could not even do that.

The corpses of my family members stayed right there, but… Rein appeared out of the blue this time.

Rein looked around, confused about how she got here.

She did not understand anything at first, but then her eyes fell on the corpses that were present there, and then, she became alert.

'Rein, no!'

She manifested her scythe, carefully looked around just like the real Rein might have done, but then…

-Swish!

The moment she came closer to check up on the corpses, the same fate followed her as the rest of the corpses around her.

Then, along with Quin, all our other friends from the academy started manifesting, walking closer to me, and dying by the swift dark blades that shot out from the ground.

People from my house, people from Rein's house, people from the academy and those that we have been close with… people that have helped us until now, people that we have only met a few times, and people that we have never really talked with that much.

'Why…'

All of them…

Three blades were the only weapons that were being used, but the way these three blades cut the individuals varied greatly.

'Why…!'

Some were cut in half, some were beheaded, some were decapitated and then dealt with while some had worse fates.

All of them died, some in a worse way than the other.

The pile of corpses and blood started increasing much faster than normal people I have only seen in passing, people that I only had a passing memory of, people that lived in our lands and relied on us…

All those people that I remembered from my memories, were also killed by the blades, cut in multiple ways, pieces, and fragments.

The blood that was pooling up around us had covered the entirety of ground that I could see.

Though the place itself did not seem to have any dimensions at first, with the appearance of a ground, things changed in an instant.

Blood pooped up constantly as more and more people were killed.

Now, a pile of corpses stood before me, and, seeing this scene… I could not help but remember the pits of corpses that I had to bury in my past life.

I had come across countless people until now so I thought this whole scene of people giving their lives away would continue for a long time, but the voice spoke up with a different intention this time.

-Ooooooooooong!

Then, all the corpses as well as the blood vanished from the area around us, and everything was cleaned up.

'...'

Whatever was going on here confused me for a moment, but I knew this was not simply the end of things.

After killing all those people for the last few hours, after doing all that, there was no way that voice would just stop there.

'I wish it ends…'

I wished. With all my heart and mind, I wished that this would be the end of it.

I did not want to see any more blood, to see any more deaths. So, I wished that that was end of that torture…

Starting from Anna, all the people that had appeared previously started coming back once again. But, this time, they did not die.

They just kept appearing there out of nowhere, manifesting out of the very darkness that had killed them all previously.

My master appeared this time… in her true form.

[{( "But it was too bright for the rest of them to endure." )}]

No one, none including Zoe could handle the kind of heat that seemed to be generating from my master's true body.

It was strange how I never thought about it but, her true form was as bright and as hot as the sun itself.

She was extremely strong. With the kind of life that she had lived, her strength was understandable. So…

"Aghhhhh…!"

"AHHHHHHHH!"

"S-save… me! Brother…!"

'Anna…!'

Every single one of the people burnt to death this time. And the cumulative pain, anger, and despair that they felt as they all caught fire and died on the spot was transferred to me…

'What… what is going on?'

The pain of being burned alive, the pain of not being able to hold their children and loved ones in this situation, and even the pain of all the confusion that they were feeling…

All of it was stacked up and transferred to me, someone who could not feel any emotions at this moment either.

'Fuck…'

I felt empty as I continued watching this horror.

I felt the feelings that they had but, my own emotions were a mess right now.

It… was too complicated.

And, it did not seem like this hell was going to stop anytime soon.
