They engaged in a fierce battle against numerous Death Eaters outside the Potter household. However, thanks to Moody and the others' prior ambush, the Death Eaters were completely caught off guard and forced to retreat entirely.

"But at that moment", Moody said, pausing, "He who must not be named appeared".

"The Dark Lord?" Augusta and Lily exclaimed in surprise. "He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named showed up too?".

Moody nodded and continued, "Yes, just as a group of Death Eaters was being besieged, the Dark Lord arrived to support them. His magic was incredibly powerful, of that kind you could feel even from a distance, even if he wasn't casting a spell. Shortly after appearing, he used Fiendfyre to summon a giant fire serpent that tried to attack us."

"While we were busy defending," he went on, "Dumbledore also appeared. We had arranged beforehand that he would stand guard against the Dark Lord. So, when He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named showed up, Dumbledore gave timely support. He cast a powerful spell similar to 'Finite Incantatem' that directly dispelled the Fiendfyre and engaged the Dark Lord in combat. But the situation was chaotic. We were all scattered, dodging the Dark Lord's spells, including the Death Eaters. We didn't dare gather around Dumbledore for fear of interfering in his fight, so we could only focus on our own battles."

Then Moody glanced at the group of Death Eaters lying on the ground and added, "I suppose that's when those guys used a Disillusionment Charm or an Invisibility Cloak to sneak in. The situation was so chaotic, and everyone was engaged in their own fight, that we probably overlooked it."

"And what's the situation now?" Alice Longbottom asked anxiously, worried about her husband upon hearing this. "Are Frank and the others okay? Did anything happen to them?"

Lily and Augusta also looked at Moody with nervous expressions.

"Don't worry, your husbands are fine," Moody replied. "We fought for quite a while, and in the end, the Death Eaters retreated with the Dark Lord when they saw the situation was unfavorable. Except for Sirius and Peter, who suffered some injuries, there were no other casualties. The Aurors, under Barty Crouch's command, are still restoring the scene and dealing with the memories of nearby Muggles. James and Frank are upstairs taking care of Sirius and Peter. They sent me down to inform you that the crisis has been resolved."

Moody lowered his gaze to the fallen Death Eaters and the bunker-like barricade and commented with some irony:

"As a result, I saw this scene as soon as I came down, and you almost killed me."

"Don't expect us to apologize," Augusta replied bluntly. "You have no idea what just happened here."

Moody couldn't help but curl his lip into a grimace and shrug helplessly. Seeing Moody, serious but humbled by Augusta, everyone couldn't help but smile.

However, just then, an unexpected change occurred.

Behind them all, the last Death Eater lying on the ground, perhaps due to the lingering effects of some potion, suddenly struggled to his feet and roared loudly:

"Hail the Dark Lord! Hail Voldemort! Avada Kedavra!" He raised his wand and launched a direct attack at the group.

At that moment, everyone was already starting to leave, and the only ones who had not yet stepped out the door were Anduin and Moody. Anduin reacted quickly. Just as the Death Eater raised his wand, Anduin, with swift reflexes, waved his own wand decisively. A gust of air formed and blew forcefully toward the opponent, causing the Death Eater to stagger. The wand aimed at Anduin and Harry was lifted by the gust, and the Killing Curse fired from his right hand was pushed upward, striking diagonally into the ceiling.

Moody, beside him, also reacted fast. He raised his wand at the Death Eater and shouted,

"Avada Kedavra!" A green beam of magic instantly struck the Death Eater, who went limp and collapsed to the ground.

Those who had already exited the door did not expect someone to rise and cause trouble after being hit by several Stunning Spells. The sudden turn of events shocked everyone, and they quickly turned back to see what was happening.

"Kid, nice reflexes," Moody said, looking down at Anduin after eliminating the man with the Killing Curse, showing an even more terrifying smile on his scarred face.

Anduin thought to himself, 'Good heavens, please don't smile. You look even scarier than a Death Eater when you smile'.

But Anduin replied calmly,

"Likewise, your reaction was very fast."

"Oh my god, Anduin, are you alright?" Augusta said with lingering fear as she approached him. "That damned guy, I don't know what potion he drank, but he managed to get up".

"Judging by his crazy appearance, it was probably Dragon Blood Elixir," Moody commented coldly as he stepped forward to inspect the dead Death Eater. "A bunch of lunatics, not even caring about using forbidden potions like that."

Anduin was still filled with latent fear. If he hadn't reacted quickly, he might not be telling this story. After the battle, they hadn't disarmed these people in time, leaving their wands neatly lying on the ground. What a serious mistake.

At that moment, as if scared too, Harry, in Anduin's arms, cried loudly, and Neville, in Augusta's arms, burst into tears as well.

These two little ones had been very quiet during the whole battle. Anduin had even forgotten about them for a while. Now it was as if a switch had been flipped, and they finally cried out loudly. Anduin didn't know how to soothe children, so he quickly handed Harry back to Lily.

"Thank you, Anduin, for helping me take care of Harry all this time," Lily said with a loving look as she took the little boy. "I really appreciate it."

During the battle, Lily had been responsible for defending against all frontal attacks, while Anduin had been taking care of Harry the entire time. Just a moment ago, that crazy guy nearly hit Harry with the Killing Curse, and Anduin's timely reaction saved him. Lily didn't know how to thank him in that moment.

"You're welcome, Lily, we're friends, it's only natural," Anduin replied politely, stretching his left hand, which was a bit numb from holding Harry for so long.

"Alright, you all go upstairs quickly. I'll take care of things here. Go find your husbands soon," Moody said to the group as he confiscated the wands of the unconscious Death Eaters.

Lily and the others, along with Anduin, nodded and began to leave.

Mad-Eye Moody, who remained in place, first used a Levitation Charm to lift the two Death Eaters trapped on the ground, then dragged the unconscious Death Eater from outside the door into the house, placing all four side by side. Seeing that one of them seemed about to wake up, he conveniently added another Stunning Spell.
