Chapter 163: Chapter 162: Warner, the God King

The other dwarves chimed in agreement. Although Han Yu's brief display of hammering skills didn't reveal much to them, the little they observed had already improved their techniques considerably.

"Alright, enough with the praise. Let's focus on the task at hand. Keep going," Han Yu said, showing no sign of being carried away by their compliments. Now wasn't the time for self-satisfaction.

"Oh, yes, yes. Everyone, get back to work and pick up the pace!" Eitri urged.

The dwarves scurried back to their stations, quickly resuming their forging tasks.

Han Yu found a spot to sit down. As soon as he paused, the method of using the Chaotic Wind Hammer Technique in his mind faded away.

"I still have a slight feel for it. If I try learning it based on memory, there's a chance I could actually master this Chaotic Wind Hammer Technique," he murmured, rubbing his palm with his fingers.

Hela and Galacta approached and sat on either side of Han Yu.

Hela commented, "Not bad, you've got some real skills. What do you do? Are you a craftsman too?"

"Not really. I run a small shop, a general store. These are some of the items from my shop. I've got a lot of good stuff. If you're interested, feel free to check it out later," Han Yu replied with a smile, slipping in a little self-promotion.

Come to think of it, it had been a long time since anyone visited his shop. Before creating GTA, he used to worry about making money. Now that he was financially secure, he could focus entirely on improving his skills.

Hela nodded. "I'll definitely pay you a visit in the future," she said.

Galacta chimed in right after, "Your technique isn't inferior to Eitri's. If you dedicated yourself to it and trained a few others, you'd surpass this dwarf and his Star Forge in no time."

She wasn't wrong. If more blacksmiths wielding the Hao Tian Hammer and mastering the Chaotic Wind Hammer Technique emerged, they could form an exceptional forging team.

However, Han Yu's ambitions lay elsewhere. He was a man who sought the freedom to roam the Marvel Universe. Spending a lifetime confined to metalwork didn't suit him.

"Me? I'm used to freedom. Doing the same thing every day would bore me to death. I'd rather keep running my little shop, traveling around the cosmos. That's the kind of life I enjoy," Han Yu said with a chuckle.

Both women nodded in agreement. Who wouldn't envy such a free lifestyle?

Looking over at the dwarves, Han Yu noticed that the most challenging part of forging the battle armor had already been completed under his guidance. With all the components now crafted, it was time for assembly.

Eitri glanced at Han Yu, who gave him a nod. Taking the cue, Eitri called out to the dwarves, "Begin the assembly!"

Piece by piece, the divine battle armor began to take shape before Han Yu's eyes.

...

Countless ships were stationed in the vastness of space surrounding Asgard. Among them, the largest vessel in the center housed an idyllic sanctuary, so picturesque that one might mistake it for a celestial paradise.

At this moment, a man lounged in a massive pool, his head resting against a rock at the edge as he gazed upward. Surrounding him were three women, each possessing otherworldly beauty.

One of the women knelt behind him, allowing his head to rest on her lap. To his left, another enchanting woman leaned close, occasionally scooping water to gently cleanse his body. The third, a stunning beauty, occasionally fed him peeled and prepared fruit.

With a small waterfall cascading into the pool and a soft mist drifting through the air, the scene resembled a paradise of legends.

Not far behind him stood two men with fierce and grotesque appearances—the Fire Giant and the Frost Giant.

"Sea God, our scouts report that the dwarves refuse to forge weapons and equipment for us. Should we teach them a lesson?" the Frost Giant asked cautiously.

Though a king in his own right, his tone was hesitant. After Odin's death, this man before him was the strongest known force—a deity on the cusp of the Sky Father level, compelling others to bow before him.

Without the Frost Casket and Eternal Flame to empower their kind, the Frost and Fire Giants were mere troublemakers at best. The notion of invading Asgard was laughable. Without their artifacts, they were nothing more than powerful brutes, akin to primitive beings. Their kingdoms resembled Earth's Stone Age—only slightly more advanced in thought and much stronger in physique.

"Exactly! Those dwarves dared to disrespect you. With Odin gone, how can they still act so brazenly? They're courting death!" the Fire Giant chimed in, echoing his companion's sentiment.

Their submissive tone was a mix of humility and realism. Weaker than the Sea God, they had no choice but to align themselves with a stronger force. Otherwise, the Sea God could destroy them with ease.

"Ah..."

The man in the pool waved his hand lazily. His two attendants immediately stepped back to give him space. The woman kneeling behind him, ever perceptive, fetched a towel and swiftly wrapped it around him as he stood.

The man's hair was a deep oceanic blue, cascading down to his waist. His eyes were so profound they could draw anyone into a trance, and his features were as if they had been crafted by an artist—a beauty that seemed almost otherworldly.

This was the God King of the Vanir, the Sea God.

"The priority now is to dismantle Asgard's defenses. Leave the dwarves for later. Their weapons would be a nice bonus, but they're not essential. With our current strength, defeating Asgard won't be a problem," the Sea God said casually as he reclined on a lounger beside the pool. "Anything else?"

Throughout the conversation, he didn't spare the Fire Giant or Frost Giant a single glance—a blatant display of disdain.

The Fire Giant clenched his fists tightly but quickly loosened them with a sigh. Such was the plight of the weak. For now, attacking Asgard was paramount. Once he regained the Eternal Flame, his power could ascend to the sub-Sky Father level.

Though he still wouldn't match the Sea God, it would give him some leverage—enough to speak up rather than submitting entirely.

"Just endure for a bit longer," the Fire Giant silently consoled himself before speaking. "Recently, Thor and Heimdall forced their way across the Bifröst. They seemed to be sending someone away—Thor's brother, Loki. We're not sure where they sent him. What should we do about this?"

"Loki?"

Hearing the name, the Sea God briefly searched his memory for information on the person. Then he replied, "Ah, that kid. I held him when he was little. He's crafty, but his combat power is negligible. If they've sent him away, so be it. He's not worth worrying about."
