MARVEL: GOKU BLACK

As Goku Black savored his fries, the air around him shifted subtly. It wasn't the energy of a powerful opponent, but the stealthy presence of someone else. He looked up, his eyes meeting those of a red-haired woman who had just entered the McDonald's.

It was Natasha Romanoff, also known as Black Widow, and she knew that this "human" was anything but ordinary.

She moved with feline grace, choosing a table that allowed her a clear view of Goku Black, pretending to be absorbed in her phone while assessing the situation.

"Well, well, look who we have here," thought Goku as he recognized her from afar.

He noticed that he was looking at her, not with surprise, but with curiosity. Her reputation had grown rapidly in intelligence circles: an individual with extraordinary abilities who had appeared out of nowhere.

Goku Black smiled slightly, a smile that didn't reach his eyes. He had detected her presence from the moment she crossed the street. She wasn't a threat, at least not a direct one, but he was interested in what she was doing there.

"Are you here looking for something in particular, or just enjoying a break?" asked Goku Black, his voice calm but with a tone that knew better.

Natasha looked up from her phone, one eyebrow arched in a mixture of surprise and professionalism. Few detected her so quickly, let alone dared to strike up a conversation like this.

"I could say the same about you," Natasha replied in a soft but firm voice, her piercing gaze analyzing every detail of his face. "It's not usual to see someone... with your presence, in a place like this."

"I see," said Goku Black, taking a sip of his soda. "I suppose we're both out of our 'natural habitat,' don't you think? Although, to tell you the truth, I enjoy the food here."

Natasha smiled slightly, a cautious smile. "Fast food has its charm. But back to the 'unusual'... I've heard about you. You're fairly new in town, right? And you've caused quite a... stir."

Goku Black shrugged, the expression on his face inscrutable. "Let's just say I'm adjusting. And you, are you one of Fury's 'Agents'?"

The mention of Fury made Natasha tense her shoulders slightly; he knew more than he let on. "Something like that. Let's just say I take an interest in people who arrive and have 'problems' around them. It's my job to make sure there are no problems."

"Problems," Goku Black repeated, a spark of amusement in his eyes. "That's relative, isn't it? What's a problem for some is just... an interaction for others. An opportunity to test strength."

Natasha stared at him. "If your 'interactions' involve the destruction of property or danger to civilians, then yes, it's a problem. And in that case, my 'job' involves intervening."

"I understand that perfectly," said Goku Black, crossing his arms on the table, his gaze becoming a little more intense.

"Everyone has their responsibilities, and let me tell you, I find it fascinating how the inhabitants of this planet organize themselves to protect it. I'd like to see what they're capable of, when the time is right."

Natasha didn't take her eyes off him. There was a clear challenge in his words, a thirst for confrontation.

"I hope that 'right time' doesn't come soon. Believe me, you wouldn't want to face all the Avengers on this planet at the same time."

"Who knows. Maybe that's just what I need to understand this place better. Nice to meet you, by the way." Goku Black said as he laughed softly, a sound that was more of a chill than a laugh.

Natasha nodded, her mind already working at a thousand miles an hour, analyzing the potential threat, but also the opportunity to understand this mysterious being.

"The pleasure is mine... I suppose our paths will cross again."

With that, Black Widow stood up, leaving a trail of uncertainty and an unspoken promise of future confrontations in the air. Goku Black watched her leave, the smile returning to his lips.

"Of course we'll see each other again, Natasha. There are many battles to be fought, and I'll have to be there," thought Goku Black.
