The rift pulsed before them—an oval gate of static energy built from magnetic debris, fractured circuits, and gravitational displacement. Crixal extended his hand. His fingers rearranged the patterns of Krono codes in the air.

"The Thirteenth Layer isn't a place," he murmured, "It's a forgotten state of reality—folded and hidden."

Zake looked at Naira, who was now conscious, leaning on her crutch.

"Ready to walk into a myth?"

"My entire life is a myth," she smiled faintly.

They stepped through.

The world twisted.

And then—they were inside.

A barren field of floating islands, with broken Mechas impaled into rocky terrain like fallen gods. A dense fog moved unnaturally, whispering ancient voices.

"Is this where the first war happened?" Zake asked.

Crixal nodded.

"This was Ground Zero. Where the original Mindspread nearly breached reality."

In the center, a massive structure rose—an inverted pyramid, hovering upside-down, with tentacles of mechanical roots feeding into nothingness.

"That," said Crixal, "is the Guardian Temple."

🌿 Scene 2: Zui's Bond with Verdion

Zui sat with the biomech creature blooming from the heart of the reawakened flora.

Its body resembled a stag fused with a flower—petals flowing like fur, metal vines coiled over gleaming chrome.

Verdion approached reverently.

"This… this is a Root-Linked BioTitan. They only awaken for those who share a harmony with planetary Krono."

The creature spoke—not in words, but emotions. Zui felt memories:

Back at the Guild ruins, Zeron continued to read the diary left by his mother. As more Krono flowed through it, more pages unveiled themselves in glowing script.

Suddenly, his hand shook. A wave of Krono burst out of his body—no longer faint gray.

It was now... shifting.

Between dark violet and obsidian.

Then he saw it.

A figure in the mirror—himself, but twisted. Wearing armor etched with unknown runes. A crown of gears atop his head. Eyes… glowing like dying stars.

"Who are you?"

"I'm who you'll become if you lose your soul."

The vision shattered.

Zeron collapsed, sweating. The Purple Krono was awakening—but without balance, it was a curse.

"I need… a limiter."

He pulled out the old watch his father gave him.

"Then let this be my anchor."

He poured his Krono into the device, forging it into a Limiter Gear.

Kael's vision cleared.

He was standing in the same lab where he saw his sister die years ago.

But something was wrong.

The machines around her… weren't alien.

They were human-made.

He turned to Vance.

"Do you remember now?"

"They killed your sister."

"Not they. We."

Kael's voice broke.

"She was the first successful hybrid host. The Guild experimented on her. We worked for them."

Vance grabbed his shoulder.

"Then we stop working for them."

Behind them, the Rift collapsed.

They were now inside the Vault of Buried Memories.

In the highest chamber of the Grand Guild, a voice echoed from behind the council seats.

A cloaked figure stood tall, features obscured.

Chairman Rigos knelt before them.

"The boy is awakening. Phase One is nearing completion."

The cloaked figure responded:

"Then it's time for VOIDHEART."

Across the world, secret facilities opened.

Mechas, unlike anything seen before—blank, soulless—powered by artificial Krono harvested from traitor minds, activated.

Their orders: Target Zeron. Terminate before the Purple Krono stabilizes.
