Shima frowned. "Old toad, is the Fifth Hokage really that strong? If Nagato, as the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki, approaches the Sage of Six Paths' level, how could anyone oppose him?"

"In the visions of the future, Uchiha Akira is indeed incredibly powerful," the Great Toad Sage admitted.

Hearing this, Jiraiya and the two toads felt a moment of relief. If no one could oppose Nagato, the shinobi world would face certain doom.

Jiraiya turned back to the Great Toad Sage, his expression conflicted.

"Great Sage, what should I do? Does the Child of Prophecy still exist?"

Hearing this, Jiraiya's resolve hardened. "I understand. I won't stop searching for the Child of Prophecy—for the future of the shinobi world!"

Turning to Fukasaku and Shima, he said, "I need to return to Konoha immediately to report this to the Hokage and help him prepare."

"Go ahead, Jiraiya. Your injuries have mostly healed anyway," Shima said with a smile.

A Day Later: Hokage's Office, Konohagakure

"Jiraiya is here to see me?" Akira asked, pausing his paperwork as he glanced at the nearby ANBU.

"Yes, Lord Hokage. He says it's urgent," the ANBU replied respectfully.

"Let him in," Akira nodded.

Moments later, Jiraiya entered the new Hokage's office. Looking at the young man, younger even than Minato, Jiraiya couldn't help but feel nostalgic.

"Jiraiya-sama, you're looking well," Akira said with a smile.

Jiraiya shook his head. "That blow from the Raikage's Hell Stab wasn't easy to recover from. I'm barely back on my feet."

"Recovery is all that matters," Akira replied. "What brings you here in such haste?"

Jiraiya's expression turned serious. "Do you know of the Great Toad Sage of Mount Myōboku?"

"I've heard of him. He's said to be the founder of Mount Myōboku, capable of seeing the future," Akira replied, intrigued. "Has he seen something new?"

Jiraiya nodded solemnly. "Yes. The Great Sage has foreseen Nagato becoming the jinchūriki of the Ten-Tails."

Akira's eyes widened slightly in surprise. "Nagato... as the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki?"

"You know about the Ten-Tails jinchūriki?" Jiraiya asked, equally astonished.

"Yes," Akira replied. "The Uchiha clan has records about it, and I've discussed it with the Slug Sage of Shikkotsu Forest."

"I see..." Jiraiya said, now understanding Akira's knowledge of the matter.
