One Piece: Strength Incarnate

[5 years later, Yama Island.]

Standing on the beach were two men. One was a younger man with black and red hair holding a saber. He had a small scar on the corner of his lip and another one on his cheek. The other man was much older, around his sixties. He had a white beard and white hair, he was also holding a saber.

Watching from a nearby rock was a beautiful woman. She had light pink hair and piercing magenta eyes. Her face was dotted in freckles and she had a small scar on her eyebrow.

"Are you ready, Sharks?" Ken asked seriously and Sharks nodded, "Yes, Master. I'm ready."

"I'm not gonna hold back on you because you're my favorite student okay?" Ken joked before he applied haki to his arms. His haki was powerful enough to create gusts of wind. Sharks also applied haki to his arms and in a flash they were gone. Around the beach, the clashing of swords was heard everywhere. Sharks blocked an overhead strike from Ken and tried kicking him in the gut. Ken quickly sidestepped and chopped Sharks in the spine, sending him into the ground.

Sharks' eyes flashed red as he saw two seconds into the future. His Master was land the winning blow and he would have to stay and train for two more years. Sharks quickly rolled out of the way and avoided the blow. He shot to his feet to create space between him and Ken. Ken smiled as iridescent orbs of light began to mold into spears.

"Bifu Bifu no: Starry Array!" Immediately hundreds of light spears began shooting towards Sharks. He deflected most of them but they seemed endless in number. Sharks clicked his tongue and resorted to using Elend.

"Nullification!" Sharks said with another voice layering his. His eyes turned into pentagrams and Ken's devil fruit powers stopped working.

"Using that mysterious power of yours again? I may not have found a weakness to the absorption but I know the weakness to this one." Ken said with a smile and vanished from Sharks' sight. Sharks' eyes frantically darted across the beach. He felt Ken behind him and once his eyes made contact with him, the devil fruit attack he was charging ended.

"You have to keep me in view the entire time you're using that ability. Great for when your opponent is slower than you, but annoying when they're faster." Sharks clicked his tongue and deactivated Nullification it was useless here. But the rest of Elend wasn't. Sharks supercharged his body with 5% of the available Elend reserves. A red aura enshrouded his right arm and sword. He managed to cross the distance between him and his Master with a single step.

He held his sword over his head preparing for a powerful strike. Ken swung his sword to block and once their haki's met a giant shockwave was created. Streaks of black lightning flung out destroying the ground and nearby trees.

"I WON'T LOSE MASTER!" Sharks yelled as he applied more haki into his arms. Sharks began to slowly overpower Ken and Ken put his hand up in surrender.

"Why did you surrender Master? I didn't deliver the winning blow." Sharks asked and Ken smiled.

"You beat me kid. Not so fair but still pretty square. Pushing me back was enough to tell me you've surpassed me and frankly, I'm proud." Ken began to tear up. Sharks hugged his Master until the old man pinched his waist.

"No getting soft on me kid *sniffle*." Ken said with a grin. Sharks rolled his eyes but still had a smile on his face. They travelled back to the compound to retrieve Sharks' and Celestia's things. Celestia had to prove her worthiness by beating Ken in 5 games of Go. While that might sound like an easy task, Ken is a sly old bastard.

As Sharks and Celestia finished packing the ship. Ken was carrying three items. A sword, a bottle of booze, and a new world log pose.

"I want you to use my sword from now on Sharks, I have no use for it. I'm old! GARARARARARARA!" Ken laughed. He presented the blade to Sharks, who was shocked. The scabbard was purple with gilded edges, the guard of the blade was shaped like a lotus flower and was gold. The handle was wrapped in a purple sash and the pommel was also gold. The blade itself was shiny and incredibly sharp.

"This here is the Great Grade Blade, Mizuki. I got it forged in Wano Country a few decades ago and it's been my partner ever since. But now, I think it's time it wielded by a much more suitable person." Ken said with a wide smile. Sharks was too shocked to speak.

"Ah, uh, ah, uh, thank you so much Master!" Sharks bowed his head. Ken chopped his head and pointed his finger, "What did I tell you about bowing!" Sharks laughed and apologized. He took the blade from his Master and fastened it to his waist putting the other one on the deck.

"My second gift is wine from Elbaph. It's been aging for 345 years, so it's bound to taste amazing. If you're gonna drink this I advise you to do so lightly, or you and my second favorite student are gonna have grand students for me." Ken winked and Sharks felt his cheeks get hot. He mumbled curse words at Ken before taking the wine and thanking him.

"My third and final gift is a new world log pose. You're gonna need this when you get into the new world and it's better to have it now than later." Ken said. Sharks took the log pose and thanked him. The boat was soon completely packed and stocked and Sharks and Celestia said their final goodbyes. They were both tearful in their departure, and so was Ken even though he didn't want to acknowledge it. Sharks didn't stop waving until his island was no longer in view.

"So, where to first Captain?" Celestia teased making Sharks roll his eyes, "I heard that there was a sky island with mysterious angel people and a living thunder God. I wanna see if the rumors are true."

"Aye aye Captain, setting course for the sky." Celestia said sarcastically making Sharks throw an empty can at her head, "Shut up. I obviously did a bit of research. There's this column of water that shoots into the sky five times a month. If we hurry, we can make it just as it's about to happen."

"Meanie..." Celestia pouted as she held her head. Sharks laughed as a wanted posted landed on the ship. He picked it up and read it.

"This Luffy guy has been making big waves lately. I wonder how strong he is." Sharks said to himself as he set course towards the Knock Up Stream.

[1.5 weeks later.]

"IT'S HUGE!" Sharks said with widened eyes as he stared at the Knock Up Stream. Celestia was also awe at the marvel of nature.

"So how are we going to travel up that thing?!" Celestia yelled over the sound of the Knock Up Stream. Sharks smiled, "I have a great idea! I'll just coat the whole ship in haki and then we hope we don't die!"

"That has to be the dumbest idea I've ever heard in my entire life!" Celestia yelled and Sharks laughed, "It'll work!"

They got closer to the Stream and it began to suck them in. Sharks placed his hand on the ship and used 10% of Elend's reserves to coat the entire ship. They were soon sucked up and began shooting upwards.

"OH MY GOD! THIS IS FUCKING INSANE!!" Celestia screamed as she held the wheel tightly. Sharks laughed as he swung wildly from a rope. Soon they were spat out onto a vast white sea of clouds.

"Please, let's never do that again okay?" Celestia asked tiredly. Sharks gave her a thumbs up and they began to move across the cloudy sea. They soon arrived in front of a giant gate that said 'HEAVEN'S GATE.' There was another ship in front of them, with a straw hat jolly roger.

"How lucky am I?" Sharks smiled and jumped from his ship onto the Straw Hat's surprising them. Zoro already had his blades out, Sanji was ready to fight, and Usopp took aim. Luffy on the other hand looked at Sharks with confusion.

"Hey who are you?" Luffy asked and Sharks smiled, "I'm Sharks and I'm assuming you're Monkey D. Luffy."

"Yeah that's me." Luffy said with a smile.

"I would like to fight you. You seem strong." Sharks said and Luffy smiled, "I accept your challenge Hammerhead Shark!"

Sharks wanted to correct Luffy but felt it wouldn't be worth his time. He looked at Zoro and Sanji, "You two are welcome to join in. I think I'm strong enough to take on all three of you at once."

"Tch, cocky bastard, you're gonna get it now!" Zoro yelled as he jumped off of the ship. Sharks, Luffy, and Sanji followed suit. Celestia on the other hand was already making small talk with Nami and Robin.

"Is your captain a meat obsessed, zero braincell, goofball as well?" Celestia asked and both of them nodded, sparking laughter between the three of them.

Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji surrounded Sharks in a triangle. Sharks smiled and drew Mizuki, "Well fellas, how about we get his started?"
