RE: Perverted Sugar Daddy System

Chapter 178: Too Curious

My misfortune of encountering a woman the likes of Ava had me groaning in the head long before this moment.

When the police had first come into the train, though I had been unable to read Ava's expression, for just some seconds, the woman's intent towards me had turned foul.

From annoying me with her incessant questions to standing up for me when the police came, Ava's acting had been spot on with the only glitch in her game being her delay in offering the police her work ID.

Sure, it might have got lost in the ton of things in her bag, but then what were the odds and why hadn't she begun searching for it earlier?

With how annoying she was, her abrupt departure from the train shouldn't have raised any alarm, it should have instead been a source of relief to me, but alas with just two mistakes, one not even happening on the physical plane, I had already been onto her.

"Whatever I did isn't enough to have the police running around searching trains. You speak like I'm the only criminal in London."

"Okay, so we've established the fact that you're a criminal" Ava said and seeing her nonchalance, I decided that I had to put some caution into her.

"How many people are in this car Ava" I suddenly said the energy in my head churning and focusing my dominance aura on her.

"Three excluding us" the woman answered after looking around, her eyes narrowing at me in caution.

"What about the other two cars attached to this one?"

"I don't know"

"Guess"

"Four or five in each," she answered, her face tight.

"Malevolent shrine"

Not looking to terrify the entire train, I released the aura in a little quantity, keeping its range around just I and Ava while intensifying its strength.

"You see Ava, in Afghanistan, what you had to be worried about was just your life and you sometimes had the military to protect you, but here with me, you have the three people in this carriage, the two kids and their mother in the left carriage and the 3 women and two children in the right carriage.

Whether they get home and see their families and loved ones is in your hands."

By the time I finished speaking, Ava's expression had turned pale, yet she very impressively maintained her composure.

Turning away from her, both my empty hands going in the air and behind my head, I crossed my legs as I watched the ceiling.

"If you doubt my words, you can go look through the doors," I said without care.

Ava remained silent for several seconds, her eyes going over my body particularly my hands which failed to carry something she was sure of.

The woman was in doubt for several seconds, a barrage of questions going through her mind and then she stood to her feet.

Giving me one last look, observing that I wasn't worried about her movements, she went towards the left car.

With Mind Vision, I watched Ava move, unbothered at the possibility of her tunning away since I could easily hunt her down and also, I was sure of the fear I had put in her.

Other than her face being a little tight, Ava went to both the left and right doors returning beside me after she had confirmed my words.

"Is Mike really your name?" she asked.

'Do you ever shut up," I had to enquire this time.

"I didn't get to where I was by being quiet" she stated, the nonchalance she once had gone, but glancing at her, I could see powerful sparks of curiosity still flying within her eyes.

"You must have been very stubborn in school," I said.

"I got expelled from three schools if it helps."

"Woah, I didn't expect that. What did you do."

"Well, in my younger days, she started looking at me slyly….

While you were busy deflowering girls without keeping count, I was beating up boys without keeping count, I was sort of a tomboy."

"I would say that is impossible, but I nearly got pepper sprayed so I'll reserve my comment."

"Well, a girl has to be on alert and ready to defend herself at all times, especially from bad boys"

Ava's words got me silent for some second and I spoke looking back up to the roof of the train.

"You're a very bad girl"

"Anything for the news." She muttered and then taking some silent deep breaths to gather her wits, spoke

"So is your name really Mike."

......…

Our journey to Shrewsbury faced no further interruption from either Ava or the police and it was when we stepped out of the train at Shrewsbury that news which had swept through the whole country hit us.

"US Secretary of State killed on British soil, tensions rising."

This was the headline on of the large TV hanging up in Shrewsbury station which at the moment was tuned to a news channel.

In the silent near empty station, Ava and I stood watching the live news, our attention rapt on every word that was being spoken.

"At the moment the London police and military have been deployed to all parts of central London and manhunt has begun for the assassin.

There is no information right now on whether this was a group or an individual effort but sources say that the government is more informed on this but keeping it under wrap.

Till now, the American embassy is yet to release any words on this development and all breaths are held….."

"I need to get back "Ava suddenly said spinning on her heels, but still looking at the big TV, I grabbed her arm and pulled her to me."

For a second Ava had forgotten exactly what situation she was in but my actions helped to jug her brain and then suddenly she looked at me with dread.

"Did you do this" the blonde lady whispered her tone near shaky.

"No"

My answer put a frown on Ava's face but I didn't care.

Ava took some time to calm down and then she reached for her bag.

"How could such a thing be going down and no one told me" Ava grumbled.

The woman had just taken out her phone and began pressing its buttons when I seized it out of her hand and switched it off.

"Are you mad" Ava hissed.

"Be quiet" I spoke back, a malicious aura coming off me and immediately shutting the woman up.
